Hi, I’m Bethany King—midlife mom, hormone health advocate, and your go-to guide for doing wellness smarter, not harder.

After years of doing “all the right things” and still feeling exhausted, bloated, and completely out of sync with my body, I realized something had to change. It wasn’t about more willpower—it was about working with my body instead of against it.

That realization led me on a mission to help other women in perimenopause and midlife ditch the overwhelm, reset their systems, and feel strong, energized, and back in control again.

I created the 5-Day Reset because I know what it’s like to feel stuck—but I also know how good it feels to finally find something that works. I’m passionate about simplifying nutrition, honoring our shifting hormones, and showing women, they’re not broken—they’re just in a new season.
